Exchange & Return Policy 

 
• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase. 
 
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and receipt.  
 
• In case of verified manufacturing defects, the item will be exchanged 
  or a credit note will be issued as per store policy. 
 
• No exchange or return on accessories, innerwear, perfumes, or cosmetics. 
 
• Altered, damaged, or used items are not eligible. 

• Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days and are subject 
  to verification. 

• Prices are inclusive of 5% VAT. 
 
• Receipt is mandatory for any exchange or credit note.
